The 23andMe test is the only one of the three tests on this page that will also provide your yDNA and mtDNA haplogroup, in addition to the autosomal DNA.
The company also offers a more comprehensive test that includes health and trait information (pre-dispositions, carrier status, wellness, and traits).

The ancestryDNA kit from Ancestry, is an autosomal DNA test. One of its main benefits is its integration with Ancestry.com. If you have your family tree saved in Ancestry, you’ll be able to detect cousins and in many cases see exactly how they are related. Great for finding new cousins, puzzling out adoptions, and helping verify lines where the paper-trail isn’t quite solid.

This is the entry-level autosomal DNA test from FamilyTreeDNA. Like the ancestryDNA and 23andMe kits, it will identify ethnic origin percentages and find related cousins. FamilyTreeDNA offers more advanced testing kits specific to yDNA and mtDNA, but only from their own website.
